Jeffrey R. Armstrong
Chairman
Jeff has spent three decades building terminal and midstream businesses. As President of Kinder Morgan Terminals, he grew the platform from approximately $50MM to over $800MM in EBITDA, deploying $7B of capital across the largest independent liquids and bulk terminal network in North America.
He went on to co-found Zenith Energy, scaling it to 30 terminals and 33MM barrels of capacity.

Dean R. Fezza
President and Co-founder
Dean co-founded Zenith Capital in 2015, leading principal investments and advisory services across energy, transportation and logistics.
Previously, SVP at HSH Nordbank where he managed the Americas shipping and offshore portfolio and VP in J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank covering industrials and financial institutions.
Prior to banking, he was a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in the Logistics & Supply Chain practice.
Stephanie Gonzalez
Stephanie joined Zenith Capital in 2022 and helps lead investment due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
She previously worked at New Fortress Energy as a Senior Analyst on the investment and development team, where she valued, managed, and developed LNG terminals and energy generation assets globally.
She began her career in sales & trading and investment banking at UBS.
