Jeffrey R. Armstrong
Mr. Armstrong is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Energy a private midstream terminal company founded in 2014. Zenith owns 11 terminals that store renewable and petroleum products, chemicals, vegetable oils and LNG with operations in North America, South America and Europe. Mr. Armstrong is a former Independent board director of Tallgrass Energy Partners (NYSE:TEP) and ARC Logistics Partners (NYSE:ARCX). He is currently a director of private energy companies Sage Energy Partner, Coles Energy and Zenith Energy.
Mr. Armstrong was employed by Kinder Morgan Inc. from 2001-2013 and held various positions within the company including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and President of the Terminals division. He received his bachelor's degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Terrance D. Towner
Terrance D. Towner co-founded Jaguar Transport Holdings, LLC in 2019 and serves as Executive Chairman of the company. Mr. Towner also provides advisory services to various institutional clients and private companies. He served as a Director and member of the Audit and Conflicts Committee of Tallgrass Energy, an oil and natural gas pipeline between 2013 and 2020 when the company was sold to Blackstone, Inc. Between 2000 and 2014, Mr. Towner worked in various capacities at WATCO Companies, Inc., a leading rail transportation company which owns and operates shortline railroads, provides railcar mechanical services, and owns and operates terminal & ports. During his tenure, Mr. Towner served in several capacities including Vice Chairman, President, COO and interim CFO. As President and COO, he was responsible for all divisional operations, safety, human resources and information technology. Prior to that, he spent 13 years in banking including three years as President and CEO of First State Bank & Trust Company of Pittsburg, Kansas, and also served in various other corporate positions. Mr. Towner earned a bachelor degree in Economics and an MBA from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.
David G. Dehaemers, Jr.
David G. Dehaemers, Jr. is a private investor with an extensive experience in the energy markets. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tallgrass Energy, L.P. (“TEP” and “TEGP”) in 2013 and grew the entities significantly until it’s sale to private equity buyers in 2019. Prior to founding Tallgrass, Mr. Dehaemers served as Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Tallgrass MLP Fund I, L.P., a private MLP Investment Fund from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Dehaemers also served as Executive Vice President of corporate development at Inergy, L.P. (“NRGY”) from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Dehaemers played a role in NRGY's corporate development group, where Mr. Dehaemers also was an owner of Inergy Holdings, L.P (“NRGY”), when that entity went public in 2005.
Mr. Dehaemers was part of the executive management team that formed and ran Kinder Morgan Inc.(“KMI”) and Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (“KMP”) from 1997 to 2003, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, Mr. Dehaemers assumed responsibility for Kinder Morgan's corporate development efforts, in which role he and his team developed and executed Kinder Morgan's growth strategies. Mr. Dehaemers holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from University of Missouri, Kansas City.
John R. Kingry
Mr. Kingry is Managing member of Ember Capital LLC, partner in Rehabilitation Health, a life sciences start up accelerator, and a member of the Intercontinental Exchange Brent Index Advisory Committee.
Mr. Kingry was employed by BP PLC from 2007-2019 and served as crude oil trader from 2010-2019 trading across global spectrum of physical crude oil and financial instruments, including managing BP's WTI book and North American strategy. He received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in Finance and Accounting in 2007.
